"Delivery never showed up"
I’m still waiting for my order, that’s just not acceptable. If a company takes your money and promises a delivery, they should follow through or at least communicate what’s going on.

"Got the wrong items in my order"
I ordered a few things from mincers.com and, to be fair, the delivery showed up on time. But once I opened the package, the order was just not right.

Two of the items were different from what I actually picked, and one item was missing completely. I checked my email receipt to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but everything was listed correctly there, so I’m not sure what went wrong on their end.

Customer service did eventually reply after a couple of days, but the whole thing took longer than it should have to fix. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating enough that if this happens again, I’ll probably just order from somewhere else.

"Pretty decent, but I’m not totally convinced"
I’ve used the mincer a few times now and it works fine for smaller batches. It gets the job done, but the build feels a little cheaper than I was expecting, so I’m kind of wondering how well it’ll hold up over time. For now it’s okay, I just feel like if you used it a lot..

"I ordered my mincer late on..."
I ordered my mincer late on Monday and it turned up by Thursday, which was quicker than I expected... The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it updated enough that I had a decent idea where it was. The box had a small dent when it arrived, but the mincer itself was totally fine. I’d order from them again

"Decent Deals, Just Make Them Easier to Find"
I’ve managed to grab a good deal during a sale, and the price felt fair for what I got. That said, the promotions could be a bit clearer. If there’s a sale going on, it should be easy to spot without having to hunt around for it. Just seems like common sense.

"Nobody seemed to take ownership"
I asked a couple of questions and the answers I got were short and not all that helpful. It also wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for helping me, so I felt like I was getting passed around a bit with no one really taking ownership. I ended up figuring most of it out on my own. Not the worst experience, but I definitely expected better support.

"Tracking made me a bit uneasy after paying"
The order turned out okay in the end, and the product itself was fine, but the tracking updates really could’ve been better. After I paid, I didn’t hear much for a while, which made me a little unsure about what was going on. I had to keep checking the tracking myself, and even then there wasn’t much clear info. It did arrive eventually, just later than I expected and without many updates along the way. Better communication after payment would make the whole experience feel a lot more trustworthy.

The fabric just felt really cheap and scratchy to me. It was thin, rough, and not comfortable at all. Stuff like this always seems to look better online than it feels in person.

"Box showed up looking like it had been through a lot"
So, the box arrived completely crushed and already half open, which was definitely not ideal, but sure, okay. There was basically no padding inside either, so the mincer had a few scratches and one of the parts was loose. For the price I paid, I kind of expected it to be packed with a bit more care. I’m trying to be chill about it, but i wouldn’t order from mincers.com again

The payment choices were okay, nothing really wrong with them, but I did find myself wishing there were a few more options. It’s one of those little things you don’t think about until checkout, and then you’re like, oh, that would’ve been nice.

"Shipping was way too much"
The item price seemed fair at first, but once I got to checkout the shipping cost was just ridiculous. It ended up making the whole thing not worth it at all, so I didnt buy it.

I’m not sure if I picked the wrong size or if it’s just the way it’s made, but the fit felt kind of off for me. It wasn’t very comfortable to wear, and I kept adjusting it the whole time

I was trying to buy something and, to be fair, the site seemed fine at first. But once I entered my card details, the checkout kept freezing. Then it randomly told me my basket was empty, even though it definitely wasn’t. I refreshed and started over, thinking maybe it was just a one-off, but the same thing happened again. There wasn’t even a clear error message to explain what was going on. Maybe the rest of the site works okay, but the checkout experience was a mess and I ended up giving up.

The site was generally easy enough to use, which was reassuring since I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. A few parts felt a bit clunky or slower than I’d like, but overall I managed to get through it without too much trouble.

I tried returning something I bought from mincers.com, it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally replied, the instructions were confusing and didn’t really explain what I was supposed to do next.
I also asked about doing an exchange, but the replies were slow and super short, so it didn’t help much. They just made it feel more frustrating, and it’s still not properly sorted. I don’t think I’d order from them again after this

I went into the local store after checking mincers.com first, i wish I hadn’t bothered. It ended up being a total waste of time. The staff didn’t seem interested, I stood around waiting for ages, and no one really helped. To make it worse, I was told different things than what was listed on the website. I left feeling annoyed and definitely won’t be going back.
